50% Deposit due prior to starting project. **ALL Deposits are 100% non refundable.**
Photography sessions are usually returned to the client with in a 2 week time period, unless there are special circumstances for either Raphael Films or the client. Any rush photo sessions, will have an additional 15 to 25% service charge added to the package price, depending on the turn around time.
Client has the right to a one pass re-edit, with clear notes given back to Raphael FIlms. The project is deemed approved by the client once the client recieves/uses any portion of the project. ie, uploading to website, making additional copies, reprints of photographs, submissions to agents, etc. The remaining balance is due immediately once the client beings using any portion of the product, ie, uploading to website, making additional copies, reprints of photographs, submissions to agents, etc.

*Your entire session, including all images in Hi-Resolution will be made available via Dropbox.
**If the client desires a CD or thumb drive of their images for postal delivery, there will be an additional $25 charge for postage and materials and Possibly a few more days for delivery, based on the Raphael Films production schedule.
*Included is a complimentary online proof sheet through Argentum or Reproductions that is private and password protected. This a great way to show agents, friends and family your images and makes picking out your selects a breeze.
DEPOSIT for Photoshoots:
We will take a credit card from you for the deposit, upon booking your session. You will also recieve a Policy Review which will give you all payment and shooting policies.
RETOUCHING
We do offer in house retouching for your selects at $30 an image. This is an all inclusive rate unless there is custom work involved (ie changing actual aspects of the photo) Headshot retouching includeds the removing stray hairs, blemishes, dark circles, cleaning up the overall skin, etc. Though not manditory, it is recommended to provide you with the absolute best results possible.

* Yes, your deposit goes toward the cost of your session.
*The makeup artist will stay with you for the entire session

I'm keeping your deposit and not booking you again!
~We honor SPECIAL rates via certain Agents, teachers, managers, etc., just be sure to let us know in advance
~Shoots are Digital/Natural Light/Hollywood Area or we can book a studio for an extra charge.
~Time will allow for warming up, the shoot, and a preview of shots before you leave
~You will receive disc within 5-7 business days of FULL shoot (you own your shots)
~We GUARANTEE our work. If you are not happy with your shots because of OUR work (ie: lighting/focus, etc) We will RESHOOT you for FREE. We want you to be HAPPY!!!
